Democrat New York Governor Kathy Hochul called a press conference on Thursday afternoon, to announce whether or not she will remove fellow Dem and NYC Mayor Eric Adams from office
It comes a day after the U.S. District Court judge who is overseeing the criminal corruption and bribery case against Adams, after a 90-minute meeting with both the acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove and the mayor’s attorney, Alex Spiro, chose not to make a new ruling for now.
As I wrote, the meeting with Judge Dale E. Ho and the attorneys came in the wake of seven attorneys with the office of the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York resigning, along with acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove filing with the court to dismiss the case against Mayor Adams.
