Celebrities’ jobs are to entertain us on TV, not on Twitter. But maybe that’s too much to ask.
Former “One Tree Hill” star, Hilarie Burton Morgan, slammed former “Full House” star Candace Cameron Bure on Twitter Monday after Bure affirmed her pro-God stance in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. Morgan called Bure a “bigot” and claimed she had “prejudice” against LGBTQ folks.
On Nov. 14, TVLine.com tweeted out a link to the article where Bure explained why she left hallmark which ignited Morgan’s fury.
Bigot.
I don’t remember Jesus liking hypocrites like Candy.
But sure. Make your money, honey. You ride that prejudice wave all the way to the bank. https://t.co/X70aO4WIcB

I sense a bit of jealousy.
Bure formerly was the “Hallmark Channel’s” queen bee but left for the “Great American Family” group. The shift in April happened when “Hallmark” became corrupted by the woke, progressive, anti-God mob who take everything good and make it gay. Bure left “Hallmark” to pursue jobs and roles that she could more comfortably support.
Previously she said, “I think that ‘Great American Family’ will keep traditional marriage at the core.”
Bure’s been “out” as a Christian believer for numerous years but still garners a lot of attention when she outwardly proclaims her faith … I suppose celebrities who have nothing better to do than bash other celebrities for their faith must be failing in the industry.
Bure set her goal to create “faith-filled” content and simply thought that ‘Great American Family’ was a better place for her to accomplish that goal:
My heart wants to tell stories that have more meaning and purpose and depth behind them. I knew that the people behind Great American Family were Christians that love the Lord and wanted to promote faith programming and good family entertainment.
Variety writer Emily Longeretta tried to call out Bure for saying that she thinks same-sex couples are against the traditional, biblical family model (spoiler: Bure is right!). Morgan used Longeretta’s tweet to add more gas to the fire she’d set and also claimed “There is nothing untraditional about same-sex couples.”
Oh, that’s news to me, and the thousands of years of civilization that came before me.
The two also brought up how Bill Abbott, former “Hallmark” executive was “dumped” or as he said left” for conflict with personal beliefs vs the progressive market for media.
Now they’re just openly admitting their bigotry.
I called this shit out years ago when Abbott was at Hallmark. Glad they dumped him.
Being LGBTQ isn’t a “trend”.
That guy and his network are disgusting. You too Candy. There is nothing untraditional about same-sex couples. https://t.co/38XIg5XeMP

Kudos to Bure for standing her ground against an angry mob of leftist progressives who think that anything anti-gay or pro-God is The Worst Thing That Could Ever Happen.
