A Pennsylvania father filed a civil rights complaint with the Department of Education on Monday, accusing his school district of discriminating against him based on his Christian faith.
In the complaint, Chad Williams said that the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District had hampered his ability to protect his children from teachings “hostile” to their faith by stonewalling his search for answers about ideological programs the school offers. The district has come under scrutiny after it allowed a “genderqueer witch” to survey students on sexual matters without parental permission.
“The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District has an established pattern and practice of discriminating against Christian parents, including Mr. Williams, particularly those who question the District’s handling of issues regarding gender and sexuality,” the complaint says, according to a copy…
