Lifelong Democrat Robert F. Kennedy Jr. lashed out at Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday after he reportedly approached her campaign and sought to secure a cabinet position for himself in exchange for dropping out and endorsing her.
RFK, who said earlier this year that the Biden-Harris administration was a “much worse threat to democracy” than Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, admitted to The New York Times that he had “reached out repeatedly” to Harris “through the highest level intermediaries” and was told “they have no interest in talking with me.”
Yet in a statement he posted Thursday on X, RFK unloaded on Harris and said he has “no plans to endorse Kamala Harris for President.”
