Saying the quiet part out loud: PA school board member refuses to support “cis , white male” for president

A nine-member school board in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania voted for a new president of the board last week. Two of the nine were running to be the new president. One was a “cis, white male” and the other a female. One board member gave her reason for voting for the female candidate instead of the male candidate – it would “send the wrong message to our community.” She said the quiet part out loud.Read More
