Imagine, just for a nanosecond, the reaction of the media if less than three years into Donald Trump’s presidency, grocery prices would have increased 30 percent on average, with some products increasing 50 percent or more. Can you envision the lapdog media’s histrionic fits as prices rose higher and higher?
Trump would have been drawn and quartered — even more so than he already is.
Yet, ABC’s “Good Morning America” (GMA) aired a segment on its Wednesday show in which co-anchor Michael Strahan and correspondent Rebecca Jarvis blasted the increase in grocery prices since 2019 — identical to the 30 percent and 50 percent figures I used in the “Trump” illustration.
So, how many times did they mention “Biden” or the 46th president’s disastrous policies that have led us to this reality? Zero.
Musn’t make Joe look bad, you know. Besides, maybe they “forgot” to mention him.
