Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) tore into President Joe Biden during an interview over the weekend for creating the catastrophe on the U.S. southern border.
Britt made the remarks during Fox News’ “Fox News Sunday” with host Shannon Bream when Bream asked her about a story that she told about a young girl who had been sex trafficked by the cartels. Britt was told the story by the victim herself, years after the entire ordeal happened.
Bream pressed Britt over the story, even though Britt was clear in her remarks that she spoke to a woman who recounted what she experienced as a child — thus making it obvious she was not directly tying the story to Biden. Mexican drug cartels are notorious for forcing women into sex trafficking.
