The last time anyone spoke to Ana Maria Knezevich Henao she seemed happy and “totally normal,” but a day later, she disappeared into thin air.
A couple months later, Ana’s estranged husband, David Knezevich, was arrested at the Miami airport and charged with kidnapping, People Magazine reported. He has not been charged with her murder, and she is still nowhere to be found.
Ana, who was born in Colombia, left her home in Florida and traveled to Madrid, Spain, on December 27, 2023, just after she separated from her husband, a Serbian immigrant whom she had been married to for 13 years. The couple owned a tech company together, and splitting up the company became the crux of their contentious divorce.
