Amid all the chatter and debate about the new Biden exposé “Original Sin,” one of the authors, CNN’s Jake Tapper, has come under fire for his all-too-convenient 180 on the issue of Joe Biden’s decline.
One interview that keeps resurfacing for Tapper was a contentious one he did with Lara Lea Trump in October 2020, just weeks ahead of the November presidential election between then-Democrat presidential nominee Biden and then-incumbent President Donald Trump.
In it, Tapper ridiculed Trump for the crime of pointing out that Biden seemed on the decline and unfit to lead the nation for four years, and accused her of making fun of Biden’s stutter, even though that wasn’t the case at all.
