Special Counsel David Weiss, who was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate First Son Hunter Biden for his business dealings, failure to pay taxes, and gun law violations, issued a blistering report Friday which was transmitted to Congress by the Department of Justice Monday evening.
