New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu said over the weekend that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump can beat Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris if he simply sticks to the issues that matter most to voters instead of focusing on personal attacks.

Sununu, who has at times been critical of the former president, made the remarks during a Sunday interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” when asked about the current state of the election.
“The message is very clear. If you stick to the issues, if you stick to what matters, this should be an easy race for Donald Trump,” he said. “It really should.
