“Rambo” actor Sylvester Stallone prepped his daughters for a move to New York City by having them train in self defense with U.S. Navy SEALs, the girls revealed in a recent interview with The New York Post.
During the interview, published just a few days ahead of the February 21 release of season two of “The Family Stallone,” daughters Sistine (25) and Sophia (27) said that the six-hour training even included chasing chickens.
“It was the hardest. It was about six hours we were in those woods,” Sistine said. “Sophia and I got our asses whooped by these guys. They were the real deal … And I’m not surprised my dad put us through something like this because our entire life we grew up with him doing these sort of military-esque, self-defense trainings.”
