Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said this week that President Joe Biden’s disastrous press conference last week confirmed Special Counsel Robert Hur’s conclusion that Biden has serious memory issues.
Hur concluded last week in his criminal investigation into Biden’s handling of classified material that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials,” but that no criminal charges were warranted because prosecutors believe they would not win a conviction against Biden since he will present himself to a jury as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
