There is a growing sense of frustration in a lot of communities over illegal immigration. After four years of wide-open borders, after four years of handing out generous benefits to people who entered the country illegally and remain here illegally, plenty of people have had enough. That was, almost certainly, a big part of President Trump’s historic 2024 reelection.
In Chicago, those same people, who have had their fill of this issue, are speaking out. They’ve had it with sanctimonious politicians declaring their communities to be “sanctuaries” to illegal aliens, and they are supporting the Trump administration’s crackdowns:
