The Trump administration kicked off its mass deportation campaign over the weekend, so, of course, the liberal ladies of The View had to clutch their pearls over it. After erroneously suggesting that the American people didn’t support it and unhinged accusations of racism, the ABC News programs capped off the segment my remembering the Holocaust. Unironically, it was moderator Whoopi Goldberg who read the script calling out the high number of people who could not name a concentration camp.
Their show kicked off with ‘working-class’ hero Goldberg bragging about attending fashion week in Paris, France last week, before pivoting to the deportations. “Is this the immigration system fix that people had in mind when they voted do you think?” Goldberg cued the table.
