Patience is a virtue, or so I’ve been told, and it is one of the hardest things for people to grasp and understand, particularly in the fast-moving world that we occupy, where information travels at the speed of light via the Internet.
Yet the Bible emphasizes patience as an essential Christian virtue, particularly in waiting on God and enduring trials with fortitude. Patience is listed among the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23.
For those of you who are not of the Christian faith, I would almost like to apologize, but the Bible holds many truths that, still all these years later, offer wisdom and value. So if you are not of the Christian faith, just skip that the source of this is from the Holy Bible.
