Jake Tapper has apparently had enough. No more covering for Biden–at least that is what he is signaling here.
He didn’t use the term “gaslighting,” but that is what he is describing in no uncertain terms. Watch:

Tapper didn’t just tell us what he thought; he is now challenging Biden surrogates to do more than repeat the same talking points and happy talk and justify their claims that Biden is competent to be the challenger to Trump this November.
