By this point, you’ve probably heard of Vem Miller who was originally reported by a Riverside County, California sheriff as being “the third Trump attempted assassin” in the past couple of months. All of the alleged evidence presented thus far certainly made it sound as if that were the case, with the exception of Vem Miller himself, who continues to insist that he was simply misunderstood and the unwanted publicity he has received now has him “hiding out in fear for his life.” Of course, like so many other aspects of this campaign, nothing about Mr. Miller seems to make any sense, least of all the reasons that authorities have given for releasing him on his own recognizance. The New York Post reports that Miller now lives in fear that some fellow Trump supporter may try to “take him out” in an effort to protect Trump.
