Kendall Stephens, a transgender woman – so a man – was just arrested with sexually assaulting two children. Stephens is a well-known LGBTQ+ activist in the Philadelphia area and has ties to many democratic leaders. He’s been charged with rape, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors and other crimes with two boys under the age of 13, the court documents indicate.
