Special Counsel Robert Hur dropped the news Thursday that he does not intend to prosecute Joe Biden over the piles of classified documents dating back to his days as a senator that the now-president left strewn around his garage, inside the Penn Biden Center, and who knows where else. The conclusion was basically: Biden’s brain is too far compromised, he might not have meant to do it, so we’re letting him off.
This is in marked contrast to the DOJ’s treatment of former President Donald Trump, who had his home raided and now faces 37 charges by Special Counsel Jack Smith in his own classified docs case.
