On Monday, a House Republican unveiled a bill that would place a picture of President Donald Trump on a revamped $100 bill.
The legislation would mandate that the Secretary of Treasury unveil a preliminary design of the $100 note featuring Trump by December 31, 2026, and require all $100 bills issued after December 31, 2028, to display him on the front, according to a press release.
Currently, $100 bills feature the face of Founder Father Benjamin Franklin on the front and Independence Hall on the back side.
The bill is called the “Golden Age Act of 2025,” a nod to Trump’s promise for renewed American strength and prosperity during his inauguration speech. Rep.
