Historically, when the lefty media would come after Republicans, the right would fold, disown our own, and bow to their wishes—but President Trump has changed that. The legacy media is angry and looking for a scalp? We don’t care anymore. To be fair, many on the right have always held this belief, and couldn’t stand to see the McConnells or Romneys of the world throw our own under the bus. President Trump and his administration aren’t playing that game anymore, and the continued support for his Cabinet proves it.
We know that Trump has no problem firing people, and I am certain that if Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth becomes a major distraction or is not accomplishing the mission, he will be let go. But for now, the White House continues to show the Democrats and media that when it comes to supporting our own, things have changed.
