Former President Donald Trump’s political world is making its presence felt in Ohio’s Senate race as the Republican primary heats up to decide on who will take on incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH).
Trump endorsed businessman Bernie Moreno late last year, saying that he was the “type of MAGA fighter that we need in the United States Senate.” Now his son Donald Trump Jr., a top campaign surrogate for his father, posted a video to X on Monday from a Super PAC supporting Moreno that takes aim at his main opponent: Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose.
