The federal case against Dr. Eithan Haim, the whistleblower who disclosed the illegal pediatric transgender program operated by Texas Children’s Hospital, has collapsed. In a tersely worded motion to the court, the Department of Justice announced it was dismissing all charges against Dr. Haim “with prejudice,” which means they can’t be filed again at a later date.
