Then-Senator for California Kamala Harris, whose campaign had started out with such hope and fanfare, basically saw her effort die after one exchange with Tulsi Gabbard, the Army Reserve officer and former representative for Hawaii.
Gabbard brought the fight to Harris, saying her record as a prosecutor was deeply problematic.
