Veteran soap opera actor Ingo Rademacher, best known for his role in “General Hospital,” is suing Disney-owned ABC after the company ostensibly fired him for refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
The actor, though, says his legal team was able to expose evidence of political animus toward Rademacher — the reason they claim the actor was really fired.
“ABC had a duty to accommodate Ingo,” reads one of Rademacher’s team’s legal filings. “Instead, it put him through a sham process that was designed to fail, and which was meant to cover up the real reason for Ingo’s termination: his political views.”
