Some folks who were taking video of the White House on Monday afternoon got quite a surprise with what happened while they were filming.
Suddenly a man, dressed all in black, rushed toward the fence, moving over the barriers quickly. He then began to climb the White House fence by the South Grounds. He reportedly said “F**k it” before he started over the fence. You can hear the people who were there as tourists wondering what was going on, asking when the police and the Secret Service would respond as the man continued to crawl up the fence.
One of the tourists says, “Bro!” with concern that the guy seems to be getting up the fence without being impeded. No one was reacting.
