As RedState reported, Vice President Kamala Harris visited the southern border on Friday in an effort to laughably try and portray herself as a staunch proponent of strong border security and the rule of law ahead of the November election.
Harris, who is the Democrat presidential nominee, was in Arizona alongside Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), where she barely bothered to speak beyond giving a short but revealing speech and meeting with officials for photo ops but not the actual border patrol agents who put their lives on the line daily to protect impacted communities.
Also of note is that Harris did not bother to bring up numbers released Friday by ICE showing that a staggering amount of non-detained illegal immigrants convicted of violent crimes are still roaming the United States despite having final orders for removal.
