What Dem Rep. Is Urging Fed Employees to Do Regarding ‘Elon Email’ Is Raising Eyebrows – RedState

Elon Musk announced that an email would be going out asking people to list five things they did in their job in the last week.

It’s something he’s done at his companies in the past to help with productivity. It’s a simple thought, and most people in non-governmental jobs have some similar measure of their productivity, either reporting or filling out forms about what they’ve done. It also just is a pulse check and indicates whether they’re even responding to their email, Musk noted.

But the Democratic freakout was something to behold. One Democrat, Sen. Tina Smith (D-MN), insulted Musk, calling it a “d**k move.” But Rep. Sean Casten (D-IL) went a step further — he encouraged “massive civil disobedience.”
