As RedState has been reporting all day, October 7 marks the one-year anniversary since Hamas terrorists stormed into Israel, raping and massacring thousands of Israelis and kidnapping hundreds more. Many of the kidnapped remain in captivity, likely in underground tunnels beneath Gaza.
Kamala Harris, sitting vice president of the administration under whom the massacre took place, marked the anniversary by planting a tree at the Vice President’s Residence at the Naval Observatory in DC. She also made remarks that described the brutality of Hamas terrorists that day as “an act of pure evil” while also lamenting the need to “relieve the immense suffering of innocent Palestinians in Gaza who have experienced so much pain and loss over the year.”
