Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed during a Friday interview with Joe Rogan that his company is scrapping diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and embracing “masculine energy” in corporate culture.
“A lot of the corporate world is pretty culturally neutered,” Zuckerberg told Rogan. “The kind of masculine energy I think is good, and obviously society has plenty of that, but I think corporate culture was really trying to get away from it.”
He acknowledged that while it’s important for companies to support women, the notion that “masculinity is bad” has become prevalent, which he believes is not the right approach. “These things can always go a little far,” he added.
